Home - Account Overview:

  • User ID: This unique identifier comes from user's Google or Apple registration.

  • Optional Email: User ID is set to be the defaut email for communication, alternative email for communication can be provided in settings.

  • Registration Date: Date when you initially registered.

  • Subscription Information:

    • Initial Subscription Date: Date subscription first started.

    • Current Subscription Type: User's present subscription type (e.g., "Heavy").

    • Subscription Status: User's current subscription status (e.g., "Active").

  • Cleaning Cycle: This determines how often non-favorite images are removed from the account. The default cycle is one month, and the planned deletion time can be viewed for each image in it’s metadata.

Home - Managing Subscription:

Before the time-limited trial period ends, user should select a subscription type. Clicking "Start Subscription" takes user to a new page where subscription alternatives with payment cycles can be chosen of either one or twelve months. Subscription package details are provided on the Pricing page. 

Please note that while the subscription process begins on Zeemage, the actual subscription is completed through STRIPE, our payment service provider. This is where payment details will be entered and related information managed. 

  • For trial users, the subscription button is labeled "Start Subscription." 

  • For existing customers, it's labeled "Modify Subscription." 

  • A cancellation button is also available for those who wish to cancel their subscription. 

Account Storage Status: 

  • Information about account's storage status is updated at least once an hour.

Home - Usage Statistics

Up to 13 months of usage history can be accessed through the Statistics button (with 4 months displayed per page). This data includes cumulative monthly image intake as well as storage usage at the end of the month. Additionally, details for each month, such as the active subscription type, quota, and the percentage of quota consumed (with 100% indicating full utilization), can be also accessed.
