Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms and conditions governing the use of the cloud-based User Content Management Service ZEEMAGE ("Service") provided by RESOLUTIO NOVA LTD ("Provider"). By accessing and using the Service, you ("User") agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Service Description
The Service provided by the Provider allows Users to upload, manage, and organize their images and other content in a cloud-based environment. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis, and the Provider makes no guarantees regarding the availability, performance, or functionality of the Service.
2. User Responsibilities
Content Ownership: Users retain ownership of all content uploaded to the Service. The Provider does not claim ownership of any User-generated content.
Content Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the content they upload and manage through the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. The Provider is not responsible for monitoring or reviewing User content for compliance.
Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including safeguarding their login credentials. The Provider is not liable for any unauthorized access to User accounts or content.
3. Provider Responsibilities
Best Effort: The Provider will make best efforts to ensure the availability, security, and functionality of the Service. However, due to the inherent nature of cloud services, interruptions, downtime, and technical issues may occur.
Data Protection: The Provider will implement reasonable measures to protect User data and content from unauthorized access or loss.
4. Limitations of Liability
The Provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, even if the Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Data Loss and Backups
Users acknowledge that data loss can occur for various reasons, including technical failures, human error, or system maintenance. It is the User's responsibility to maintain local backups of their content.
6. Termination
Users may terminate their use of the Service at any time. The Provider reserves the right to terminate the Service, suspend accounts, or limit access in the event of a violation of this Agreement or for any other reason at its discretion.
7. Changes to the Service and Agreement
The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. Changes to this Agreement will be communicated to Users via the email associated with their accounts.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
