Notifications​

Image notifications can be received on mobile phones and personal computers. Device activation and camera setup are managed on the notifications page. Notifications are supported on Windows (Edge and Chrome), Android (Chrome), and iOS (Safari).

Tapping notification takes you to zeemage.com gallery.

Activation steps:

• If your browser is not supported, there should be note about that on notification page - use supported browser.

• Browser notifications permission: Confirm that the browser is set to allow notifications from Zeemage.com. (icon to the left of the website URL --> Notifications -> Allow)

• Zeemage Configuration: Enable notifications for the device on Zeemage.com notification page by clicking "activate notifications" button, name the device (browser in PC/mobile) & accept

• Once notifications are enabled (device name appears on the list), you can check or uncheck the box to receive notifications as needed (up to 3 devices can be activated simultaneously) 

• Notification time can be set separately for each camera, and camera can be checked or unchecked for notifications as desired.

• Device Settings: Make sure the device is not in a mode, that blocks notifications, like Sleep or Do Not Disturb.

• Note - PCs with settings managed by third party, such as work PCs, might have issues in receiving and presenting notifications.​​​

​Apple / IOs specific need​​​

In addition to the above steps, to be able to receive browser notifications to Apple, Apple requires that Zeemage.com is bookmarked on your device's home screen. Follow the instructions below:
